When creative is the constraint.

You have campaigns running, but the same concepts keep coming back. Production may be busy while the account learns very little. The starting point is a clear testing question: what do customers need to understand, believe or see before they act?

What the creative scope can include.

Deliverables are agreed for the engagement, with clear ownership between your team and ours.

Research and concepts

Review audience questions, product strengths and existing performance. Develop angles that give the next round of production a clear purpose.

Briefs and production

Translate concepts into scripts, creator requirements and editing direction. Keep product accuracy, approvals and channel requirements in the brief.

Testing and iteration

Define what changes between versions and how each will be evaluated. Use campaign findings to improve the next brief rather than simply producing more assets.

How we work with your media team.

We begin with the results and creative history you can share. Your team’s approval requirements and production needs shape the scope. Once assets run, media findings feed back into the creative plan. If nine.am also manages the media, those responsibilities sit within the same engagement.

Working together

A few good questions.

Can you produce creative for our existing paid-media team?

Yes. We agree on the brief, formats, approval process and how performance feedback will reach the creative team. You can retain media buying in-house or with an existing partner.

Does our creative need to look local because we’re based in Chicago?

No. The audience and offer determine the creative. Local references or on-location production belong in the brief only when they help communicate something relevant to the customer.

What do you need before developing concepts?

Product and brand information, audience research where available, recent creative and campaign results, and the claims you can substantiate. We also need to understand approval and usage requirements.
