A form fill is one part of the picture.

An inquiry, a qualified prospect, a booking and an attended appointment describe different stages. If reports treat them as interchangeable, budget decisions become harder. We help your team agree on the definitions and build a view it can use.

What we bring to measurement.

The plan starts with your existing systems, permissions and business questions.

What’s included

Funnel and outcome definitions

Map the stages from inquiry or trial to patient or customer acquisition. Agree what each stage means and who owns the record.

  • Conversion and qualification definitions
  • Funnel stages and reporting ownership
  • Acquisition-cost denominators

The process

Our measurement process.

Define the question before choosing another dashboard.

01

Map the journey and systems

Document the outcomes, systems, access and existing reporting. Identify the decisions the team cannot currently make with confidence.

02

Agree the measurement plan

Set definitions, reporting views and responsibilities. Review the proposed data flows with the people accountable for privacy and implementation.

03

Validate and use the reporting

Check the agreed numbers against their source records. Explain discrepancies and limitations, then use the reporting in regular media and creative decisions.

Acquisition work in consumer genetics.

For Genomelink, our work included campaign management with shared tracking and reporting, plus creative testing against conversion performance and acquisition cost. Explore how those decisions contributed to the consumer-genetics business.

Working together

Questions about working together.

Can you work with our existing BI and CRM tools?

We start by reviewing your current systems, access and reporting. The scope defines which sources can be used, what changes are needed and who implements them. Any integration depends on the tools and permissions available.

Do patient outcomes need to be sent to advertising platforms?

No. Reporting a business outcome and sending it to an advertising platform are separate decisions. We assess each proposed data use with your privacy and technical teams and plan around the information that can appropriately be used.

How do you calculate patient acquisition cost?

We agree on the cost inputs and the event that counts as acquisition. For example, an inquiry-based cost and a first-attended-appointment cost answer different questions. The report should state the definition, time period and conversion timing.

Can you guarantee complete attribution?

No. Reporting depends on the available data, platform rules and the customer journey. We make assumptions and gaps visible and use more than one view where that helps the team make a decision.

What does the team receive?

The agreed scope can include a measurement plan, a review of data quality, reporting views and recommendations. We define ownership and the review cadence so the work remains useful after the initial setup.
